Student Regional Trip Payment — $175
This $175 per-student fee covers the remaining costs for our regional competition trip.
It includes:
- Hotel lodging for students (rooming with other students, four students per room)
- Transportation to and from the event
- Lunches during the competition
- One team dinner
Our Booster Club has generously contributed $35 per student and mentor, per night toward hotel costs. This fee represents the remaining balance for student lodging, along with support for mentor rooms, food, and transportation.
This fee does not include:
- Food purchased during travel to or from the event
- Dinners during the event other than the team dinner
- Souvenirs, apparel, or other personal purchases at the competition
Students may wish to bring additional spending money for meals during travel, souvenirs, or optional regional merchandise.
- Note: The student trip fee will not be reduced if your student stays in the hotel room with your family during the event. Due to the way hotel costs are structured—we are planning for students to room together during the competition. Hotel rooms are reserved and billed at a flat rate. If fewer than four students are assigned to a room, the cost of the room remains the same for us.
- Any funds remaining from student trip fees will be used directly to support the robotics team.
