Here’s how to request funds from the ERA Booster Club:
1. Get Reimbursed
If you’ve already made a purchase and need reimbursement, use the BoosterHub app:
- Go to Tools in the bottom navigation.
- Select Check Request.
- Upload the details along with a copy of your receipt or invoice.
2. Request Funds or Pre-Approval
For larger funding needs, please use the Funding Request Form to request support for your sport or activity.
Funding requests are reviewed three times per school year. Be sure to submit your request by one of the following deadlines:
- September 15 (for approval at the September meeting)
- January 15 (for approval at the January meeting)
- March 15 (for approval at the March meeting)
****This form is only to ask for funding for a FUTURE EXPENSE. Please read above if you need to submit for reimbursement****
*Requests can also be submitted in between these dates if earlier approval is needed. Submitting by the listed deadlines simply helps our board plan and budget more effectively.
